JLD Tax & Bookkeeping was founded by Jim Drinks.  Jim graduated from Penn State Harrisburg in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.  He is a certified QuickBooks Advanced Pro Advisor and has 12+ years of bookkeeping experience.  He has served several different types of businesses, including taxi companies, daycares, rental property portfolios, nonprofits, painting contractors, and marketing firms.  

He is currently taking the exams to become an Enrolled Agent (EA) and expects to be an EA by the end of 2026.  He is committed to being an expert in taxation as well as bookkeeping.

Jim lives in New Cumberland, PA with his wife and four children.  His favorite hobbies include spending time with his family, reading the Bible, hiking, and watching baseball.
